Cancellations & Refund

The shipping charges for all shipments within India are INR 300 per order. However, for international shipping, the charges will be additional and will be based on the weight and volume of the product, as well as the destination country. Shipping charges for international orders will be shared upon inquiry.

RETURNS

Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. 

Once an order placed we can not refund the amount or we do not offer exchange  return as the product is made as per your measurements.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
